Our Ya-Ga-Na Get Sculpted class takes classic yoga postures and incorporates light weights to build strength in targeted areas of your body, with a strong emphasis on your core. You'll begin with a gentle warm-up before moving into a fun and challenging sequence. We'll then settle onto the mat for grounding stretches and a final resting pose. (Intermediate)
