About this event

Parenting a child with disabilities or other support needs comes with unique joys, challenges, and questions. Our free monthly Parent Support & Resource Series is a place to connect with other parents and caregivers, learn from trusted professionals, and discover practical resources to support your family.

These gatherings are about connection, education, and community—not therapy. Each month, we’ll explore relevant topics, share evidence-based information, connect families with local resources, and create space for parents and caregivers to learn from and support one another.

Goals of this series:

• Provide accessible education and helpful information to families in our community.

• Build connection and community by creating a welcoming space for parents and caregivers to connect with one another.

• Reduce caregiver isolation by fostering relationships, encouragement, and shared experiences.

• Connect families with local resources and organizations that can provide additional support. Increase awareness of services and resources available to children and families in the community.

• Be a trusted resource for families, offering support and information beyond traditional therapy.

• Create a welcoming introduction to Bee’s Knees for families who may benefit from our services—without making the group feel sales-focused.
