When words aren’t enough, healing can take a different path.
For veterans and service members living with PTSD, anxiety, depression, loneliness or isolation: we see you, we feel you and we want to help.
In honor of Veterans Day, Bernard Ruño of Adagio Sound Healing welcomes guest practitioner Erica Zernzach of A Right Path Wellness. Bernard will surround the room with a live sound bath while Erica offers community acupuncture. Together they offer a gentle, whole-person way to ease stress, find calm and feel supported.
