Sculpt 45 - Milwaukee Location

About this event

This 45 minute class is strength, cardio, core training (and an awesome playlist): boosting metabolism and building lean muscle. You'll use hand weights, pilates rings, bands, and your own body weight to build strength and cardiovascular stamina. Room is heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Come prepared to move, sweat, and have fun! This is an all levels class. Please bring a mat, large towel to cover your mat, extra towels to catch and wipe up your sweat if you're a super sweaty human, and water.
