This calming, slow-paced class blends supportive movement with the deep, meditative stillness of Yin. You’ll move through ground-based postures to softly stretch the muscles, followed by longer-held poses that target connective tissues like fascia and joints. Expect a grounding experience that promotes flexibility, mobility, and a quiet mind. (Gentle) Optional Enhancement: A limited amount of Red Light Mats are available to rent during this class to deepen relaxation and support recovery ($10). How to Reserve Your Mat: 1. Register for your Gentle Yin Yoga class first. 2. Go to the Red Light Mat Rentals tab in the app or client site. 3. Select the same date and time as your class. 4. Complete the checkout to secure your rental.
